Payment Structure
Sorry we have set down rules here but we want to have a good professional working relationship with our clients so that we're all on the same page! So here's how it works for us: After an initial consultation with a new client, we normally outline the details of the project, agreed cost, timelines for proofs, etc. Work begins once a deposit is received which is 50% of the Total Cost. We accept the following payment methods:
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express via Paypal, Check (personal checks takes up to 7 business days to clear our bank), and U.S. money orders. Note: you do not have to have a Paypal account to use your credit/debit card for payment.
Once the project is completed, the remaining cost is then due. We work on a 15-day net schedule. All the project files which includes: images/logos, fonts, etc., are delivered to client via e-mail, FTP upload, or on other media (i.e., DVD/CD/flash drive).
Retaining us: Kim strives to partner with our clients and therefore is available for retainer agreements. Some of our customers don't just have a project here or there, but many times they need regular assistance from ongoing typing assignments to regular website updates. So, if you have periodic jobs or need continous support, we're the right choice!
