Very Important Note:
Please be sure the photo you send to us is absolutely the one you want canvassed. Because, once the photo has been sent to our lab for processing, it cannot be altered, exchanged, or cancelled. We handle the entire process from beginning to when it leaves our studio.

Preparing your Image to Send to Us:
For time contraints, we accept only digital files either from your digital camera or from a professional photo studio CD where you own the rights to the CD (i.e., Sears Portrait Studios, Glamour Shots, Olan Mills, to name just a few. (NOTE: Wal-Mart would not qualify.) Please read our requirements for sending files to us below:

Digital Files from Your Digital Camera:
We prefer you send the original .jpg file from your digital camera, so we have the highest resolution file to work from. You should know your digital camera's megapixel resolution and set your images for the highest setting. Even though you get less photos on your memory card, the final quality of your images will suffer unless you set your camera at the maximum megapixel size, try to get the image to 300 DPI or as close to it as possible.

Most digital cameras include software that offers a 'send your photo as e-mail' function. Using this function will send a LOW resolution in order to send a smaller file. DO NOT USE THIS FUNCTION TO SEND US YOUR FILES. You should locate the original camera file (.jpg) and send that instead. This will ensure we receive the best image. If your file is under 10 megabytes, you can email it to kmc422@gmail.com. If your file is larger, you can use our upload feature by clicking here. NOTE: You must place your order and purchase the size you want, then send us your photo. We cannot begin processing your order until payment has been received.

Professional Photo Studio CD:
You can send professionally photographed portrait digital files, ONLY if you own the reprint rights to your photos. For instance, you may have taken portraits at a Sears Portrait Studio and you bought the CD with all your images on them so you can have more prints made, you can choose one of those images and e-mail that file to us. Professional photo studio shots must be at least 300 dpi in resolution or higher.

These are the two methods for sending images to us. (PLEASE…DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS! We do not accept prints nor offer scanning services at this time.) If you are mailing us a CD, please send a copy and not your original CD.
